Zyg Janecki
Since 1997, Zyg has been presenting the lighter side of classical music. Revel in the music of Gershwin and all the great show tunes he composed for Broadway. Plus, enjoy the music of blockbuster movies. Zyg also hosts theme nights with something different each week. For example, a salute to Irving Berlin, musical memories, the magical music of Disney and anniversaries of composers. Occasionally, special guests grace the show. Most recently, veteran actress Cynthia Dale dropped by to talk about her role in Stratford Festival’s My One and Only. Zyg is a violinist with the Kitchener-Waterloo Community Orchestra.
